About

Chicon Street Hospitality is an Austin-born, East Side-rooted hospitality group building a portfolio of restaurant brands, catering operations, venue management services, and F&B consulting — one concept at a time, with the discipline to do it right.

What started as a late-night food trailer on Red River Street has grown into something much larger. Austin Daily Press launched in 2009, planted roots on East MLK at Chicon, and became the kind of neighborhood institution that East Austin builds one regular customer at a time. That foundation — grassroots, authentic, earned — is what Chicon Street Hospitality is built on.

We operate with the precision of a corporate entity and the heart of a local institution. Our model is simple: build fewer things, but build them well. Document every process. Hire the right people. Stay true to the culture that made us.

Today, CSH is expanding its catering reach, developing full-service event capabilities, and advising venues and property owners on how to build hospitality operations that actually work. We are actively building toward a multi-concept hospitality group — restaurants, catering, venues, hotels — with the operational backbone to scale responsibly.
